  6. This file contains a shared library which implements intuition menu
  7. system.  The key difference is that the menus pops directly under
  8. the mouse and can be teared away.  A small program enables a patch
  9. inside the library so that ALL program use pop-up menus.
  10.  
  11. This new version provides a new 3D look, better torn menus, torn
  12. menu rendering sync'ed with the internal state of the menu and
  13. other small improvements.
  14.  
  15. Works only under WB 2.04+ (ROM v37 and higher).  Tested (and used)
  16. under WB 3.0.  Source may be released soon.
